Lean Startup
Lean Startup principles help us learn & validate what's worth building; What solves a real problem. I've been fortunate to help entrepreneurs & investors, validate products and features, before investing their time, money, and energy. I also work with product-development teams to help them participate in the experiments and validation, remove waste & impediments in their process, and automate test and deployment.
Lean as in lean manufacturing. (creation of value, removing waste, continual improvement) Misunderstood as cheap, frugal, shoestring, bootstrap, etc.
“A human institution designed to create new products and services under conditions of extreme uncertainty.” — Eric Ries, Author of the Lean Startup. The term is often misunderstood in this context as small, new, commercial, etc.
Entrepreneurs Are Everywhere
Entrepreneurship is Management
Validated Learning
Innovation Accounting

Activation - The user uses your product, indicating a good first visit.
Retention - The user continues to use your product, indicating they like your product.
Referral - The user likes your product so much he refers other new users.
Revenue - The user pays you. Yay!
